Insight Environmental is a medium sized Environmental Testing Firm located in Santa Barbara County California. Originally beginning as DeVries Building Consultants, Insight has been the leading testing company on the central coast for almost 10 years.

Owned by Ben Blaker and Managed by Robert Augspurger, we currently employ 12 staff and cover an area that stretches from Paso Robles to Orange County.  Our business model has been focused on mainly asbestos, lead and mold testing for local companies where our close personal relationship and expedited service have earned us a loyal client base.  Although our model would meet the demands of large insurance companies contractual work, we have always thrived on the relationship aspect of the business and enjoy knowing and being able to discuss jobs with the boots on the ground folks.  All our field technicians were hand picked from local remediation companies, trained in house and fully supported in developing close relationships with our clients.  We are a close knit, friendly and energetic group always striving for close enriching relationships with new clients.
